About the Internship/Job:

L&D Associate: Role: Deliver vocational, managerial, technical, sales & marketing, and soft skills training to grassroots-level women. Experience: Minimum 2 years. Salary: ₹7 LPA (fixed). Key Skills: Training, Curriculum Development, Coaching, Communication.
Legal, Compliance & Policy Associate: Role: Draft and review agreements/contracts/MoUs, ensure compliance, and formulate policy documents. Experience: Minimum 2 years. Salary: ₹8 LPA (fixed). Key Skills: Legal Drafting, Compliance, Policy Formulation, Research.

Eligibility:

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience for both positions.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Deliver training or handle legal and compliance tasks as per the respective position.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Develop and implement policy documents.
Make a tangible impact on women entrepreneurs' lives.

Duration: Full-time permanent positions.
