About the Position: Associate

They are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Associate with 0-3 years of experience to join our team. As an Associate at Nobilitas Juris, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of cases, gaining exposure to Trial Court, High Court, Supreme Court, Tribunals, and other legal forums.

Eligibility:

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB)

• 0-3 years of post-qualification experience

• Bar Council registration

• Strong knowledge of Indian legal procedures and statutes

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Represent clients in various Courts and legal forums in New Delhi.

2. Conduct legal research and provide well-founded legal opinions.

3. Draft legal documents, including pleadings, affidavits, and contracts.

4. Attend client meetings and communicate effectively on legal matters.

5. Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal team members.

Duration:

Full-time, permanent position.
