The Legal Associate position requires a candidate with 2-3 years of experience practicing litigation in a reputable law firm. The candidate should have a strong background in handling civil and criminal litigation matters, excellent research and writing skills, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. The role involves representing clients in litigation matters, conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, and attending court hearings, trials, and arbitrations.
Eligibility:
Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized university.
2-3 years of experience practicing litigation in a reputable law firm.
Admitted to the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Represent clients in civil and criminal litigation matters.
Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents.
Prepare strategies for various matters.
Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other court documents.
Attend court hearings, trials, and arbitrations.
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
Duration:
Full-time permanent position.
