About the Internship/Job:

They are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a long-term intern/paralegal. This opportunity offers a unique blend of hands-on experience, exposure to various legal domains, and the chance to contribute to the growth and success of our firm. The selected candidate will be involved in diverse legal activities, including research, document review, drafting, client interactions, and court observations.

Eligibility:

Law students or recent law graduates
Strong academic background
Excellent research and analytical skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude

Roles and Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth research on various legal matters
Review and summarize legal documents, preparing office notes
Assist in drafting legal documents, including Notices, Complaints, Applications, and Petitions
Handle E-filings and physical filings as required
Participate in client meetings and effectively communicate legal information
Visit, observe, and experience proceedings in various Courts and Tribunals
Adhere to high standards of discipline, dedication, and motivation
Be flexible to work long hours as per the needs of the firm

Duration:

Long-term, with the possibility of extension based on performance and mutual agreement.
