Job Title: Legal & Compliance Executive
Department: Legal & Compliance
Job Location: HO, Sector-43, Gurgaon. Required Qualification: LLB/LLM
Salary: 25,000.00 -30,000.00 CTC per month. Experience Required: 3 to 5 years Educational qualification Min graduate with Law.

Analytical and intricate thinking
Excellent Legal Drafting skills Excellent negotiation skills
Experience and know-how in handling insurances
Experience in dealing with international customers
Key Responsibilities
Implement and manage an effective legal compliance minimize program for the company.
Advise management on the company's compliance with laws and regulations through detailed reports. Do risk assessment on behalf of the company in various agreements
Negotiate agreements with clients on various clauses on behalf and in benefit of the company Ensuring legal compliance and renewals of all agreements Create and manage effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations. Regularly audit company procedures, practices, and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risks. Liaison with various departments from compliance front on behalf of the company Vetting legal agreements and liaising with legal officers to track, assess, and proofread all company & external insurances
Doing amendments and drafting notices or other legal agreements and documents
Ensure all employees are educated on the latest regulations and processes.
Ensuring compliance with ESI and OF departments Attending to and responding to any audits and audit requests
