About the Internship:

This program is designed to offer budding legal professionals a hands-on experience in the dynamic world of corporate law, with a focus on the manufacturing sector. It's a rare chance to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world challenges, under the guidance of our seasoned legal team.

Eligibility:

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an LLB or LLM program.

  • A keen interest in corporate law, especially as it pertains to the manufacturing sector.

  • Excellent communication, research, and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Prior internship experience in a legal department or law firm is desirable but not mandatory.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the legal team in drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies.

  • Conducting legal research on various corporate, commercial, and labor laws.

  • Assisting in compliance and regulatory matters.

  • Supporting the legal department in litigation management.

  • Participating in meetings and providing legal insights relevant to different departments.

  • Any other legal tasks as assigned by the mentor or head of the department.

Salary/Stipend: 

This is a paid internship. The selected candidate will receive a competitive stipend, commensurate with their qualifications and experience.
