About the Job:
They are seeking a dedicated and skilled candidate to join our Legal and Compliance Team at Oxyzo. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating lending documents, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, and managing statutory requirements for our portfolio companies in the Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) sector.
Eligibility:
LLB degree with 1-4 years of professional work experience.
Prior experience in NBFCs, Banks, or Financial Services sector is preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial lending contracts and other legal documents.
Pre and post vetting of lending documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Tracking and managing NOC (No Objection Certificate) and pari-passu letters.
Monitoring all statutory compliance-related policies and ensuring adherence.
Execution of legal documents and coordination with different departments for document execution.
Conducting process audits and checks periodically.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under tight timelines.
