About the Job:

Philip Jones Legal is currently seeking passionate and dedicated legal professionals to join its esteemed team in London, United Kingdom. The firm is hiring for multiple on-site positions, including Newly Qualified Solicitors, Paralegals/Legal Assistants, and Administrative Staff. These roles offer a unique opportunity to contribute to the firm’s continued success, engage in challenging legal work, and grow professionally within a collaborative and supportive environment.


Eligibility:

Newly Qualified Solicitors:

- Law degree and completion of a training contract.

- Strong understanding of Corporate & Commercial Law, Arbitration, or Private Wealth.

- Accredited by the Law Society (Immigration and Asylum Accreditation Scheme - Level 1 and Level 2) is preferred.

- Valid right to work in the UK.


Paralegals/Legal Assistants:

- Relevant legal qualifications or experience.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to support legal teams in research, drafting, and case management.

- Valid right to work in the UK.


Administrative Staff:

- Previous experience in a legal or professional services environment.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently and support the firm's operations.

- Valid right to work in the UK.


Roles and Responsibilities:

Newly Qualified Solicitors:

- Provide legal advice and support to clients in your area of expertise.

- Manage and progress cases from inception to completion.

- Draft legal documents, negotiate contracts, and represent clients in meetings.

- Collaborate with senior lawyers and other professionals on complex cases.


-Paralegals/Legal Assistants:

- Assist solicitors and legal teams with research, drafting, and preparing legal documents.

- Manage case files and ensure accurate and timely updates.

- Liaise with clients, courts, and third parties as needed.

- Support the preparation of legal arguments and presentations.


Administrative Staff:

- Handle day-to-day administrative duties, including filing, scheduling, and correspondence.

- Support the smooth operation of the office and assist with client communications.

- Maintain organized records and ensure the confidentiality of legal documents.

- Assist with billing, invoicing, and other financial tasks as required.
