About the job:
PJA is seeking a Senior Qualified CS with a minimum of 1 year of experience to join their team. This full-time position offers exposure to a diverse range of legal areas including Companies Act, FEMA regulations, Due Diligence, Legal Drafting, Secretarial Audit, NCLT matters, and M&A.
Eligibility:
Candidates must be Senior Qualified CS with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. Preference will be given to candidates residing in Thane / Navi Mumbai region.
Roles and responsibilities:
Handling matters related to Companies Act, FEMA regulations, Due Diligence, Legal Drafting, Secretarial Audit, NCLT matters, and M&A.
Conducting research, drafting legal documents, and assisting in various legal proceedings.
Providing support to the legal team and clients as required.
Duration:Full-time position.
