About the Job:

They are currently seeking three dedicated and motivated associates to join our team at the Jangpura office in New Delhi. As associates, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of legal areas including Commercial Litigation, Contract Lifecycle Management, Transaction Advisory, Mergers and Acquisitions, Insolvency Law, General Corporate Law, Tax, and Arbitration.

Eligibility:

• 0-2 years of legal experience

• Strong researching and writing skills, with a keen legal aptitude

• Ability to handle multiple matters concurrently

• Proficiency in written and spoken English

• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills

• Analytical mindset and effective communication abilities

• Candidates based in Delhi will be given preference

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Litigation Management: Handle legal disputes, appearances before various courts and tribunals.

2. Legal Research: Conduct in-depth research on legal issues and provide comprehensive analysis.

3. Contract Management: Draft, review, and manage contracts efficiently.

4. Transaction Advisory: Provide valuable insights and advisory services in various transactions.

5. Legal Compliance: Ensure all legal processes and documentation comply with regulations.

6. Drafting: Prepare legal opinions, contracts, and other legal documents.

7. Issue Identification: Identify and escalate legal issues in a timely manner.
