About the Internship:

Pricus Legal LLP is excited to offer an internship opportunity for law students interested in gaining hands-on experience in both litigation and corporate sectors. This role offers a unique blend of responsibilities, allowing interns to work across different areas of law and develop a diverse skill set.

Eligibility:

Open to 4th/5th year law students.
Strong research and writing skills, along with a keen legal aptitude.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Exceptional drafting and negotiation skills.
Effective problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Contract Lifecycle Management: Assist in the management and oversight of contracts from initiation to completion.
Litigation Management: Support the team in handling various aspects of litigation, including preparation and research.
Legal Compliance & Licensing: Help ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and assist in obtaining necessary licenses.
Legal Drafting: Draft legal documents, contracts, and other legal communications.
Appearances: Accompany lawyers to various courts and tribunals, gaining firsthand experience in legal proceedings.
Research Work: Conduct comprehensive legal research on various topics to support ongoing cases and projects.

Duration:

The internship duration will be specified upon selection, with a preference for immediate joiners.
