About the Internship/Job:

They are inviting applications for the positions of Management Trainees (2 positions) and a qualified Company Secretary (1 position) to join our growing team. Eligibility:

• Management Trainees: Graduates with a keen interest in corporate affairs. Previous experience in secretarial matters is preferred.

• Qualified Company Secretary: A qualified Company Secretary with relevant experience in corporate governance and compliance.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Management Trainees:

• Assist in various secretarial functions and corporate compliance activities.

• Learn and apply regulatory requirements related to corporate governance.

• Collaborate with team members on projects and day-to-day operations.

1. Qualified Company Secretary:

• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

• Provide expert advice on legal and secretarial matters.

• Manage and oversee corporate governance processes.

Duration:

• The duration of the internship/job is full-time and will be discussed during the selection process.
