Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role where the person recruited will have to be physically in Ahmedabad. Candidate must have minimum 3 years experience in appearing the court proceedings and drafting of court and other legal documents.
Candidate will be responsible for independently drafting various court documents and other documents drafting, appearance in the court, independently handling and arguing certain matters in the court of law, handling client queries, carrying out research, managing and maintaining files and various other attendant and incidental tasks including clerical tasks.
Qualifications
Strong research and analytical skills, with experience in legal research preferred
Knowledge of Indian laws and legal framework, as well as broad knowledge of commercial laws
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with team members
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Bachelor's degree in law, with a focus on commercial law preferred
Minimum 3+ years experience in appearing the court of law as well as in independently drafting of legal documents.
Fluent in English and Gujarati
Salary
The range of salary shall be INR 10000 to INR 20000 per month.
