About the Internship/Job:
We are currently seeking dynamic and skilled individuals to join our team as Associate Attorneys. This is a rewarding opportunity for candidates with 2-3 years of experience in the fields of arbitration, civil litigation, and family law. As an Associate Attorney at Rai & Rai Partners, you will have the chance to work on diverse and challenging legal cases, contributing to the firm’s success and building your career in a dynamic legal environment.
Eligibility:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in arbitration, civil litigation, and family law.
Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Handle arbitration cases, civil litigation matters, and family law cases under the guidance of senior attorneys.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation.
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Represent clients in court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution processes.
Provide legal advice and counseling to clients.
Collaborate with other team members and contribute to the overall success of the firm.
Duration:
Full-time, permanent position.
