About the Job:

Regstreet Law Advisors is seeking experienced legal professionals with a Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) of 5+ years to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for lawyers with a keen interest and passion for financial regulatory laws to advance their careers in a dynamic and specialized legal environment. The firm offers a collaborative and intellectually stimulating work culture focused on providing top-notch legal services in the regulatory field.


Eligibility:

  • A minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in financial regulatory law.

  • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks including those of RBI, SEBI, NSE India, BSE India, PFRDA, IFSCA, and IBBI.

  • Excellent legal research, drafting, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Providing expert legal advice on financial regulatory matters to clients.

  • Handling regulatory compliance and advisory work related to various financial regulatory authorities.

  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements.

  • Representing clients in regulatory proceedings and negotiations.

  • Conducting legal research and staying updated with changes in regulatory laws.

  • Assisting in the development of regulatory strategies and policies for clients.

  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure comprehensive legal support.


Duration:

Full-time position.
