Job Description
Performing various tasks related to legal matters in a company
Assist Preparing legal letters, agreements including payment related Agreement, software Agreement etc.
Studying contracts and legal documents to make sure that it is in the organization's interests
Handling lawsuits of the company
Report preparation/MIS tracker for assessment and
Documenting and keeping all the legal documents securely
Assist in verify the contracts, Executing the legal documents.
Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company's full legal rights - Conduct your work with integrity and responsibility
Check KYC and Agreement for our Merchants and maintain Excel
Keep check on records for expire Agreement Expiry date and high light time to time.
Responsible for the execution of documentation and maintain the MIS for the same.
