Job Description

• Performing various tasks related to legal matters in a company

• Assist Preparing legal letters, agreements including payment related Agreement, software Agreement etc.

• Studying contracts and legal documents to make sure that it is in the organization's interests

• Handling lawsuits of the company

• Report preparation/MIS tracker for assessment and

• Documenting and keeping all the legal documents securely

• Assist in verify the contracts, Executing the legal documents.

• Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company's full legal rights - Conduct your work with integrity and responsibility

• Check KYC and Agreement for our Merchants and maintain Excel

• Keep check on records for expire Agreement Expiry date and high light time to time.

• Responsible for the execution of documentation and maintain the MIS for the same.
