About the Job:

They are excited to offer a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a dynamic Paralegal to join our Intellectual Property (IP) prosecution team in Noida. This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for intellectual property law and a desire to advance their career in a fast-paced, professional environment. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys in trademark, copyright, and design prosecution processes, ensuring high-quality service to our clients.

Eligibility:

• Bachelor's degree or a paralegal certification from an accredited institution.

• 3-6 years of progressive work experience as a paralegal in a law firm or in-house, specifically dealing with Trademarks, Copyrights, and Designs.

• Proficiency in trademark docketing systems and legal research databases.

• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.

• Experience in invoicing/billing is desirable.

• A thorough understanding of trademark procedures and compliance requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conducting comprehensive Trade Mark searches.

• Preparing and filing trademark/copyright/design forms with the relevant authorities.

• Assisting in drafting prosecution-related notices, letters, responses, and other correspondence.

• Maintaining accurate databases, including monitoring deadlines, renewals, docketing, and managing trade mark portfolios.

• Developing and maintaining relationships, working confidently with people at all levels.

• Coordinating with attorneys and clients to ensure seamless trademark-related operations.

Duration:

This is a full-time position. The initial contract will be for a period of 12 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance.
