About the Job:
They are excited to offer a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a dynamic Paralegal to join our Intellectual Property (IP) prosecution team in Noida. This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for intellectual property law and a desire to advance their career in a fast-paced, professional environment. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys in trademark, copyright, and design prosecution processes, ensuring high-quality service to our clients.
Eligibility:
Bachelor's degree or a paralegal certification from an accredited institution.
3-6 years of progressive work experience as a paralegal in a law firm or in-house, specifically dealing with Trademarks, Copyrights, and Designs.
Proficiency in trademark docketing systems and legal research databases.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Experience in invoicing/billing is desirable.
A thorough understanding of trademark procedures and compliance requirements.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Conducting comprehensive Trade Mark searches.
Preparing and filing trademark/copyright/design forms with the relevant authorities.
Assisting in drafting prosecution-related notices, letters, responses, and other correspondence.
Maintaining accurate databases, including monitoring deadlines, renewals, docketing, and managing trade mark portfolios.
Developing and maintaining relationships, working confidently with people at all levels.
Coordinating with attorneys and clients to ensure seamless trademark-related operations.
Duration:
This is a full-time position. The initial contract will be for a period of 12 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance.
