About the Job:
Saikrishna & Associates is seeking a dynamic Paralegal to join their Intellectual Property (IP) prosecution team in Noida. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with top-notch professionals in a leading law firm, contributing to trademark, copyright, and design-related operations.
Eligibility:
Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 4 years of progressive work experience as a paralegal, specifically in trademarks, copyrights, and designs.
Proficiency in trademark docketing systems and legal research databases.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Experience in invoicing/billing.
Knowledge of trademark procedures and compliance requirements.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Conduct trademark searches and prepare and file trademark, copyright, and design forms with relevant authorities.
Assist in drafting prosecution-related notices, letters, responses, and correspondence for trademarks, copyrights, and designs.
Maintain databases, monitor deadlines, manage renewals, and handle trademark portfolios.
Build and maintain relationships, working confidently with individuals at all levels.
Coordinate with attorneys and clients to ensure seamless trademark-related operations.
Duration: This is a full-time position.
