About the Junior Associate Position:

They are currently seeking a motivated Junior Associate with 0-1 years of post-qualification experience to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work on a wide spectrum of legal areas, including Corporate and Commercial Litigation, Insolvency Laws, IPR, Corporate M&A, and General Corporate matters. The selected candidate will have the chance to work closely with experienced professionals, gaining valuable insights and practical experience in the legal field.

Eligibility:

Qualification: B.Com (Hons.) (Full Time)/ CS(I)/ CA(I)
Post Qualification Experience: 0-1 years
Strong academic background and a keen interest in Corporate and Commercial Law

Roles and Responsibilities:

Handle Corporate and Commercial Litigation cases
Assist in matters related to Insolvency Laws
Work on Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) cases
Contribute to Corporate M&A transactions
Provide legal support in General Corporate matters

Duration:

This is a full-time position with a long-term commitment.
