About the Job: 

We are seeking a diligent Litigation Associate to join our team in New Delhi. As an Associate, you will be involved in legal appearances, drafting, and administrative tasks, gaining valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic legal environment.

Eligibility:

1. Candidates with 1-4 years of core litigation experience, including drafting various legal documents and appearing before all Courts, Tribunals, Commissions, etc., in Delhi and other states.

2. Ability to argue effectively before any court/tribunal.

3. Experience under Advocate on Record will be preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Drafting legal documents such as SLP's, Writs, Appeals, Recovery/Declaration Suits, Summary Suits, Complaints, Insolvency Petitions, Reply, Written Statements, etc.

• Representing clients before various courts and tribunals.

• Conducting legal research and providing support to senior attorneys.

• Assisting with administrative tasks as required.

Duration: Full-time position
