About Simplex Legal & Finance

Simplex Legal & Finance, a prominent and leading Western Ukrainian law firm, is seeking to hire an Associate (Junior to Middle) to join its Business law practice. This vacancy is presently available at our Lviv office, and it offers hybrid work with a part-time secondment to one of our Client's offices located in Lviv.

An ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree from a leading Ukrainian law school or evidence of being in the final year of a bachelor's program at a law school.

• Up to one year of internship or externship experience within a local law firm or solo practitioner.

• An upper intermediate level of proficiency in English.

• A profound comprehension of the duties and responsibilities associated with corporate attorneys.

• A working familiarity with currency control regulations imposed by the Ukrainian central financial regulator.

• A working understanding of compliance matters related to export/import activities in Ukraine.

• A working understanding of compliance issue spertaining to public procurement

Duration of contract: 6 months with the possibility to extend.
