About the Job:

SKB & Associate is inviting applications for the position of Junior Associates for their Real Estate practice. The selected candidates will work closely with experienced lawyers and gain valuable insights into real estate law, including drafting agreements, conveyancing, and document registration procedures.

Eligibility:

• Candidates must have an LLB/LLM degree.

• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in the field of Real Estate law.

• Residing in or around Kolkata, West Bengal is preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Drafting legal agreements related to real estate transactions.

• Conducting legal research and analysis.

• Assisting in the conveyancing process.

• Handling procedures for the registration of documents.

• Providing legal assistance and advice to clients on real estate matters.

Duration:

Full-time position
