Eligibility:

  • Proven experience in Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) laws.

  • Proficiency in drafting legal documents.

  • Successful track record of appearances before the Hon’ble NCLT.

  • Strong communication and analytical skills.

  • Legal degree from a recognized institution.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents related to IBC cases.

  • Representing clients in proceedings before the Hon’ble NCLT.

  • Providing legal advice and developing strategies for IBC matters.

  • Staying updated on changes in IBC laws and regulations.

Duration:

Full-time, permanent position.
