Requirements:

• + 2 years' experience as legal inhouse or law firm

• Experience in retail industry would be an advantage

• Professional English skill in oral and written

Job Description:

• Review and drafting of company's contract (lease, manufacture, sale and purchase, distributor, promotion,brand ambassador, etc)

• Provide legal opinion to internal user in the company and/or management

• Monitoring and liaising with the IP lawyer regarding trademark and/or IP matters Legal research regarding daily business activities (as required) Filling legal agreement Other common 'corporate legal' job scope
