About the Internship:
They are excited to offer an exceptional internship opportunity for 4th and 5th Year Law Students keen on gaining valuable corporate legal experience. This hands-on internship is designed to provide exposure to a wide array of legal domains, including the Companies Act, LLP Act, Securities Law, Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA), Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) proceedings, Corporate Dispute/Litigation, Agreement drafting, Joint Ventures, and Corporate Advisory.
Eligibility:
Currently enrolled in a 4th or 5th year of law school.
Strong academic record, particularly in corporate law.
Demonstrated research and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to commit to a minimum of 2 months for the internship.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Conducting detailed research on various legal topics within corporate law.
Drafting and reviewing legal documents and agreements.
Assisting in the preparation of case briefs and presentations for corporate disputes/litigations.
Providing support in corporate compliance and governance matters.
Engaging in the analysis and advisory on Joint Ventures, Mergers & Acquisitions, and other corporate affairs.
Duration:
This is a 2-month offline internship, starting from March 15, 2024.
