About the Internship/Job:

They are excited to offer an internship opportunity for 4th and 5th Year Law Students seeking to enrich their knowledge and gain hands-on experience in corporate law. This is an offline internship where the selected candidates will have the opportunity to work closely with seasoned professionals and contribute to various projects.

Eligibility:

• Currently enrolled in 4th or 5th year of law school.

• Strong interest in corporate law.

• Excellent research and analytical skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Prior experience in corporate law through previous internships or projects will be an added advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assisting in drafting agreements, joint ventures, and corporate advisory.

• Research and analysis related to the Companies Act, LLP Act, Securities Law, FEMA, IBC, NCLT.

• Supporting the team in corporate dispute/litigation cases.

• Contributing to the preparation and filing of legal documents.

• Engaging in client consultations under the guidance of senior professionals.

Duration:

The internship requires a minimum commitment of 2 months, starting from March 15, 2024.
