About the internship/job:
SR Legal is offering an exciting opportunity for fresher law graduates or final year students (last semester) to join us as Assessment Trainees for a period of three months. Following a thorough review of performance during the internship, successful candidates will be offered the position of Associate. Additionally, we are also seeking to hire an Associate with a minimum PQE of 1 year, preferably with prior experience in boutique litigation and corporate advisory.
Eligibility:
Assessment Trainee: Fresh law graduates or final year students (last semester).
Associate: Minimum PQE of 1 year, with prior experience in boutique litigation and corporate advisory.
Roles and responsibilities:
Conduct legal research and analysis.
Draft legal documents, including opinions, pleadings, and contracts.
Assist senior attorneys in case preparation and court appearances.
Attend client meetings and participate in case discussions.
Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
Duration: Three months for Assessment Trainee, with the possibility of extension to the position of Associate based on performance.
