Eligibility:

• Law graduate with 1+ years of post-qualification experience.

• Resident of Patna.

• Enrolled with the State Bar Council.

• Proficiency in the English language.

• Ability to handle challenges and represent clients before courts.

• Strong research, drafting, and strategic skills.
  

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Represent clients before various courts and tribunals.

• Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant issues.

• Draft legal documents, petitions, and pleadings.

• Participate in strategy discussions with the legal team.

• Assist in case management and preparation for hearings.

• Liaise with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials.
  

Duration:

Full-time permanent position.
