They are currently seeking highly qualified and experienced law graduates to join our team as Law Associates/Law Consultants.
About the Job:
They are inviting applications from law graduates with a minimum of 5 years of experience for the positions of Law Associates/Law Consultants. Successful candidates will be responsible for drafting and vetting legal documents, preparing petitions, including writ petitions, contempt, counter affidavits, and other agreements. They will work closely with government departments and officers and may need to travel to Allahabad High Court as and when required.
Eligibility:
Law graduate with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in drafting with a strong command of both English and Hindi languages.
Candidates must be located in Lucknow and willing to travel to Allahabad High Court.
Experience in working with State government departments and officers preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Drafting and vetting legal documents, agreements, and petitions.
Preparation of petitions, including writ petitions, contempt, and counter affidavits.
Working closely with State government departments and officers.
Regular reporting to the office and department from Monday to Friday.
Availability on Saturdays and Sundays as per the urgency and requirements of the competent authority.
Duration:
Full-time position.
