About the Internship/Job:

They are seeking a dynamic and motivated Legal Associate to join our team in Pune. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a skilled legal professional to contribute to challenging and diverse legal projects while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Eligibility:

• Education: LLB/LLM degree from a recognized institution

• Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in the legal field

• Location: Candidates must be willing to work full-time from our office in Baner, Pune

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analysis

• Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements

• Assist in preparing legal opinions and memoranda

• Provide support to senior attorneys in litigation matters

• Liaise with clients and external stakeholders

• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to the firm's practice areas

Duration: Full-time, permanent position
