About the Internship/Job:
They are seeking a dynamic and motivated Legal Associate to join our team in Pune. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a skilled legal professional to contribute to challenging and diverse legal projects while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Eligibility:
Education: LLB/LLM degree from a recognized institution
Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in the legal field
Location: Candidates must be willing to work full-time from our office in Baner, Pune
Roles and Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research and analysis
Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements
Assist in preparing legal opinions and memoranda
Provide support to senior attorneys in litigation matters
Liaise with clients and external stakeholders
Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to the firm's practice areas
Duration: Full-time, permanent position
