About the Job:
We are currently seeking two Associates with experience in litigation, drafting, and excellent communication skills to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse legal matters and gain hands-on experience in civil, criminal, and real estate laws across different forums in Gurugram and Delhi. As an Associate at SW Legal Alliance, you will work closely with experienced professionals and have the chance to grow and develop your legal career.
Eligibility:
Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB)
Prior work experience in litigation and drafting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
Familiarity with civil, criminal, and real estate laws is preferred
Roles and Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs and opinions
Draft legal documents, including petitions, complaints, and contracts
Represent clients in court proceedings and other legal forums
Assist senior attorneys in case preparation and strategy development
Maintain client relationships and provide updates on case progress
Duration: Full-time position
