Job Description

: Leading multiple strategic operations and initiatives of the legal team

• Review the investment related documents such as Term Sheet; Share Subscription Agreement; Shareholders Agreement; Compulsorily Convertible Debenture Subscription Agreement; Convertible Note Agreement; SAFE, Investor Rights Agreement in case of overseas investments; Employment Agreements for Founder(s); MOA and AOA; and Share Purchase Agreements.

• Lead the process of gathering and integrating stakeholder input on deal documentation and regularly participate in and/or lead the negotiation process.

• Obtain, organise and serve as point of contact for due diligence or projects, which will include working with internal clients to gather and confirm information necessary to finalise legal documents.

• Serve as liaison for internal stakeholders, law firms government agencies, vendors, and customers actively and consistently supportall efforts to simplify. Assisting with review, negotiation and closure of contracts with customers,Obtain, organise and serve as point of contact for due diligence or projects, which will include working with internal clients to gather and confirm information necessary to finalise legal documents.

• Serve as liaison for internal stakeholders, law firms, government agencies, vendors, and customers actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify.

• Assisting with review, negotiation and closure of contracts with customers, vendors, partners while mitigating the commercial and legal implications of contract clauses, with obligation assessment of contracts and identification of risk mitigation strategies
