Key Job Responsibility:
Drafting, Reviewing and Vetting of various agreements including but not limited to MSA, Service Agreement, NDA, Amendments, Addendum, Termination Letter.
Research on laws applicable to the ongoing and/or upcoming business of the Company. 3. Assist the business team in filing responses to various RFQ/RFP.
Maintaining the database of the executed contracts.
