About the Position:
They are currently seeking a motivated and diligent Associate Advocate to join our team. This position offers a remarkable opportunity for individuals with a passion for the law and a drive to excel in a challenging yet rewarding legal environment.
Eligibility:
A Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from a recognized university.
0 to 3 years of experience in the legal field.
In-depth knowledge of Court Proceedings, Arbitration, the Execution Proceedings (EP), and Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act (NIA) is mandatory.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is preferred.
Candidates must be based in Mumbai.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Represent clients in court and arbitration proceedings.
Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues.
Advise clients on legal matters related to EP & 138 NIA.
Assist in the preparation and management of cases, including collecting evidence and interviewing witnesses.
Collaborate with senior advocates to develop legal strategies.
Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations.
Duration:
This is a full-time position with a probation period that will be discussed during the interview process.
