About the Position:
Position: Associate Location: Pune (Preference for Pune-based candidates) Experience: 1-2 years
Eligibility:
1-2 years of relevant experience in Corporate Law, Commercial Laws, Registration Laws, and Compliance.
Proficiency in legal research, analysis, and documentation.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Conducting legal research and analysis in areas related to Corporate Law, Commercial Laws, Registration Laws, and Compliance.
Drafting and reviewing legal documents and contracts.
Providing legal counsel to clients and internal teams.
Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Collaborating with team members to contribute to legal strategies and solutions.
Duration:
Full-time position
