About the Position:

State Head Legal/Recovery Legal Manager

As a State Head Legal/Recovery Legal Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring legal compliance and efficient recovery processes. This position is open in multiple states, including Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Telangana, Madhya Pradesh, Odisha, and Chennai. We are seeking both freshers and experienced individuals in Business Legal/Recovery Legal to contribute to the success of our organization.

Eligibility:

• Bachelor in Law/LLB

• Freshers or individuals with experience in Business Legal/Recovery Legal are encouraged to apply

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee legal compliance and recovery processes within the assigned state(s)

• Manage and lead a team of legal professionals

• Develop and implement strategies for efficient debt recovery

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure legal and business alignment

• Represent the organization in legal proceedings, if necessary

• Stay updated on legal regulations and industry best practices

Duration:
