About the Internship/Job:
They are seeking a motivated and skilled Legal Associate/Executive to join our in-house legal team at our Hyderabad office. As a Legal Associate/Executive, you will play a vital role in providing legal support and guidance to our business operations, ensuring compliance with legal standards, and contributing to the success of our global pharmaceutical endeavors.
Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized institution.
2-3 years of core experience in contract drafting and negotiations.
Sound understanding and knowledge of commercial and corporate law.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Excellent negotiating and drafting skills.
Ability to communicate complex legal issues and risks effectively.
Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships across the business.
Capability to work autonomously and provide guidance to the team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide accurate, relevant, and timely legal advice to the business and teammates on various legal topics related to the pharmaceutical industry.
Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial and pharmaceutical contracts.
Manage and mitigate legal risks by designing and implementing company policies and procedures.
Communicate with and manage negotiations with external counsel.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure legal compliance in business operations.
Duration:
Full-time permanent position.
