About the job:
We are seeking a talented Litigation Associate with 2-4 years of PQE to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work on challenging and rewarding cases while developing legal skills under experienced lawyers.
Eligibility:
Candidates must hold an LL.B. degree from a recognized university and have proven experience in handling complex litigation matters before the Bombay High Court and lower courts. Strong drafting, research, analytical, and communication skills are essential.
Roles and responsibilities:
The Litigation Associate will independently handle various litigation matters, conduct legal research, draft documents, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and collaborate with the team to achieve successful outcomes.
Duration: Full-time permanent position.
