Job Description: Associate – Litigation Team

About the Role:
They are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our Litigation Team. This position offers the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in litigation, providing a platform to develop and refine legal skills in a practical setting. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience, with a strong foundation in legal principles and a passion for litigation.
Eligibility:
LLB degree from a recognized university.
0-2 years of experience in litigation.
Bar Council registration is mandatory.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and research skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Independently handle and argue cases in Courts/Tribunals.
Draft various legal documents, including petitions, complaints, counter affidavits, replies, rejoinders, and written submissions.
Maintain effective communication with clients, ensuring they are informed about the progress of their cases.
Collaborate with team members to develop legal strategies.
Participate in client meetings and legal consultations.
Keep abreast of the latest legal developments and update the team accordingly.
Duration:
This is a full-time position with an immediate start date.
