About the Position:

Associate/Senior Associate

Eligibility:

• 2-5 years of experience in transactional/corporate/commercial law, preferably in a law firm.

• Strong understanding of General Corporate Advisory, M&A, Banking & Finance, Commercial Litigation, or Intellectual Property (IP) matters.

• Entrepreneurial mindset, solution-oriented approach, and self-motivated.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice and support in the assigned practice areas.

• Engage in General Corporate Advisory, M&A transactions, Banking & Finance matters, Commercial Litigation, or Intellectual Property cases.

• Collaborate with clients, partners, and industry experts to deliver strategic legal solutions.

• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and assist in negotiations.

• Assume a strategic role with involvement in decision-making and execution of special growth initiatives.

• Mentor junior associates and contribute to the overall team development.

Duration:

Full-time position with a probationary period, to be discussed during the interview.

Location:

New Delhi/Bangalore/Bhopal/Remote
