About the Role: Legal Associate
Eligibility:
Bachelor’s and/or Post-graduate degree in Law from a top-tier institution.
0-4 years of robust experience in contract drafting, reviewing, and negotiation.
Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Legal Associate at Zinnov, you will be responsible for:
Contract Drafting:
Prepare, review, and revise a variety of contracts and agreements, including Vendor Contracts, Master Service Agreements, Master Consulting Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Statement of Work, and other legal documents as required.
Contract Review:
Examine contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, identifying potential risks and liabilities.
Contract Negotiation:
Engage in negotiations to secure favorable terms and conditions for the company, ensuring the protection of Zinnov’s interests.
Legal Research:
Conduct comprehensive legal research to provide insights and recommendations on complex legal issues.
Legal Opinions:
Draft clear and concise legal opinions to support decision-making within the organization.
Stakeholder Interaction:
Collaborate with senior-level stakeholders both within the company and external partners, clients, and vendors, demonstrating excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex legal matters effectively.
