About the Internship/Job:

We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated Advocate Associates to join our team. As an Advocate Associate, you will be responsible for handling the end-to-end stages of cases, including drafting, research, follow-ups with clerks, and making appearances before various forums. This is a dynamic opportunity for individuals looking to enhance their skills and gain practical experience in civil and commercial litigation.

Eligibility:

• LL.B./B.A. LL.B degree from a recognized institution and enrolled with any state bar council.

• 0-2 years of relevant experience in civil and commercial litigation.

• Candidates falling outside this experience range need not apply.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handle the complete lifecycle of assigned cases, including drafting, research, and follow-ups.

• Make appearances before the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, NCLT, NCLAT, NCDRC, and Delhi district courts.

• Collaborate with legal clerks and support staff for efficient case management.

• Conduct legal research and analysis as required.

• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of case-related activities.

Duration:

Full-time permanent position.
