About the Job:

They are currently looking for Delhi-based Advocates with 0-1 year Post Qualification Experience (PQE) who are eager to join our team. This position offers a blend of courtroom experience and the flexibility of working from home or office, depending on court schedules. It’s an excellent opportunity for those looking to build their legal careers with hands-on experience in litigation and legal research.

Eligibility:

Must hold an LLB degree from a recognized university in India.
Should be registered with the Bar Council of India.
0-1 year of PQE, preferably with experience in litigation.
Excellent communication, research, and analytical skills.
A proactive approach with the ability to work independently.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings.
Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including but not limited to pleadings, briefs, motions, and appeals.
Provide legal advice and consultation to clients.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws and legal developments.
Flexible to work from home or office, ensuring availability during court hours.

Duration:

This position is intended to be a long-term engagement, with an initial probationary period to assess fit for both the candidate and the firm.
