About the Position:
Associate Advocate
They are inviting applications for the position of Associate Advocate at our New Delhi office. The role offers a unique opportunity for experienced legal professionals to enhance their skills and gain horizontal exposure to different legal forums in Delhi. As an Associate Advocate, you will be actively involved in various aspects of litigation, including filing, drafting, legal research, client management, and may extend to arguing matters based on your performance.
Eligibility:
Minimum 2 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in legal practice.
Strong academic background in law from a recognized institution.
Excellent knowledge of Indian laws and legal procedures.
Proficiency in legal research, drafting, and client communication.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
Draft and file legal documents in different legal forums of Delhi.
Assist senior advocates in court proceedings and client meetings.
Manage client relationships, providing updates and legal advice as required.
Prepare and review legal opinions and documents.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies and solutions.
Represent clients in various legal forums, as per performance and experience.
Duration:
Permanent position with a probationary period.
