About the Internship/Job:
We are seeking skilled General Corporate Lawyers with 1-4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) specializing in Fintech laws to join our dynamic team in Delhi. As a Corporate (Fintech) Lawyer, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge fintech projects, provide legal guidance to fintech companies, and contribute to shaping the future of financial technology through your expertise.
Eligibility:
1-4 years of PQE in corporate law, with a focus on Fintech regulations.
Experience in law firm, in-house legal teams of fintech companies, or policy/regulatory teams of fintech companies.
Strong understanding of Fintech laws, regulations, and market trends.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide legal advice and support on Fintech laws and regulations.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements for fintech clients.
Conduct legal research and stay updated on Fintech industry developments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and legal best practices.
Assist in policy advocacy and regulatory compliance matters related to Fintech.
Duration: Full-time position
