We are seeking skilled General Corporate Lawyers with 1-4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) specializing in Fintech laws to join our dynamic team in Delhi. As a Corporate (Fintech) Lawyer, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge fintech projects, provide legal guidance to fintech companies, and contribute to shaping the future of financial technology through your expertise.

Eligibility:

• 1-4 years of PQE in corporate law, with a focus on Fintech regulations.

• Experience in law firm, in-house legal teams of fintech companies, or policy/regulatory teams of fintech companies.

• Strong understanding of Fintech laws, regulations, and market trends.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and support on Fintech laws and regulations.

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements for fintech clients.

• Conduct legal research and stay updated on Fintech industry developments.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and legal best practices.

• Assist in policy advocacy and regulatory compliance matters related to Fintech.

• Duration: Full-time position
