About the Internship/Job:

They are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual for an entry-level legal position within our dynamic legal team. As an in-house counsel, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with experienced professionals, and contributing to the legal aspects of our business operations.

Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM) from a recognized university.

• 1-3 years of prior experience as an in-house counsel in a corporate setting.

• Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate law, and intellectual property law.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and deliver high-quality work.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various legal documents including contracts, agreements, and legal correspondence.

• Providing legal advice and support on corporate governance matters, regulatory compliance, and intellectual property issues.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure legal compliance in business operations.

• Conducting legal research and analysis to support decision-making processes.

• Assisting in dispute resolution and legal proceedings, if necessary.

• Staying updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to the company’s operations.

Duration:

This is a full-time, permanent position within the company.
