Entry-Level Legal Position
About the Internship/Job:
They are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual for an entry-level legal position within our dynamic legal team. As an in-house counsel, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with experienced professionals, and contributing to the legal aspects of our business operations.
Eligibility:
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM) from a recognized university.
1-3 years of prior experience as an in-house counsel in a corporate setting.
Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate law, and intellectual property law.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Eagerness to learn, adapt, and deliver high-quality work.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various legal documents including contracts, agreements, and legal correspondence.
Providing legal advice and support on corporate governance matters, regulatory compliance, and intellectual property issues.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure legal compliance in business operations.
Conducting legal research and analysis to support decision-making processes.
Assisting in dispute resolution and legal proceedings, if necessary.
Staying updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to the company’s operations.
Duration:
This is a full-time, permanent position within the company.
