About the Internship/Job:

They are offering vacancies for Junior Associates (Male and Female) to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates with an LL.B / LL.M degree or a diploma in Legal Studies and 0-1 year of experience. Junior Associates will be actively involved in various legal activities related to Corporate Law and Banking Laws under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Eligibility:

• LL.B / LL.M or a diploma in Legal Studies

• 0-1 year of relevant experience

• Good negotiation skills

• Proficient in English and Hindi

• Candidates residing in Gurugram or nearby areas

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Client counseling and legal advising

• Legal drafting and documentation

• Legal risk management

• Dispute settlement and negotiations

• Arbitration cases and recovery cases

• Case filing and 138 NI Act proceedings

• Handling consumer disputes

• Registration of companies and ROC filings

• Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) related tasks

Duration:

Permanent Position
