Roles and Responsibilities:
Handle IPR litigation and advisory matters.
Conduct thorough research and provide innovative legal solutions.
Engage in business development activities to expand the firm’s IPR practice.
2. Associate – Labour and Employment
Eligibility:
Professional qualification in law (LLB/LLM).
PQE of 0-2 years, with a passion for Labour and Employment Laws.
Strong research, communication, and self-motivation.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Work on various labour and employment law matters.
Provide research-based advice and solutions to clients.
Draft and review legal documents and policies related to employment.
3. Associate – Dispute Resolution
Eligibility:
Professional qualification in law (LLB/LLM).
PQE of 0-1 year, with an interest in commercial litigation.
Superior research, writing, and organizational skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist in handling dispute resolution matters.
Conduct legal research and draft documents.
Work closely with senior lawyers on litigation strategies.
