Job Description: Legal Associate (Fresher)

About the Internship/Job:

They are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated legal associates to join our team. As a Legal Associate, you will be involved in legal drafting, legal advising, legal risk management, dispute management, dispute settlement, negotiations, and client counseling. You will work closely with highly experienced professionals, gaining valuable insights into the legal field and honing your skills in various aspects of law.

Eligibility:

• Graduate in the field of Law (LLB, LLM, BA.LLB, BBA.LLB, and BCom. LLB, CS)

• Freshers are encouraged to apply

• Candidates living in Gurgaon and near the yellow line metro or within a 45-minute traveling radius are eligible

• Must have a laptop for work purposes

• Candidates who can join within a week of selection

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Legal drafting, including contracts, agreements, and legal documents

• Legal advising to clients on various legal matters

• Legal risk management and analysis

• Dispute management and settlement negotiations

• Client counseling and maintaining client relationships

• Collaborating effectively with the team of experienced professionals

Duration:

Full-time position with a 5-day workweek.

Salary/Stipend:
