Job Description: Legal Associates (2 Positions Each)

About the Position: Legal Associate

They are currently seeking highly motivated and experienced Legal Associates for our Delhi and Mumbai offices. The positions require candidates with a strong background in either General Corporate (Delhi) or Intellectual Property (Mumbai) law.

Eligibility:

• Legal Associate (General Corporate):

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in General Corporate law

  • Knowledge of corporate regulations, contracts, and compliance matters

• Legal Associate (Intellectual Property):

  • 1 to 4 years of experience in Intellectual Property law

  • Proficiency in patent, trademark, and copyright laws and procedures

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analysis

• Draft and review legal documents

• Provide legal advice to clients

• Assist senior attorneys in casework

• Stay updated with the latest legal developments

Duration:

Full-time position with a probation period of [mention duration, if applicable].
