About the Position: Legal Associate

They are currently seeking highly motivated and experienced Legal Associates for our Delhi and Mumbai offices. The positions require candidates with a strong background in either General Corporate (Delhi) or Intellectual Property (Mumbai) law.

Eligibility:

Legal Associate (General Corporate):
- 4 to 6 years of experience in General Corporate law
- Knowledge of corporate regulations, contracts, and compliance matters

Legal Associate (Intellectual Property):
- 1 to 4 years of experience in Intellectual Property law
- Proficiency in patent, trademark, and copyright laws and procedures

Roles and Responsibilities:

Conduct legal research and analysis
Draft and review legal documents
Provide legal advice to clients
Assist senior attorneys in casework
Stay updated with the latest legal developments

Duration:

Full-time position with a probation period of [mention duration, if applicable].
